The ones who stay

Are the ones who care

They will stand alone

In a crowd for you

They are willing to

Lay down their life for you

They will catch you

When you fall

They will come

When you call

They’ll stand by your side

And will always be there for you

They want to hold you

And never let you go

They want to kiss you

And make it last forever

They want to love you

And never have to stop

They’ll trust you with their heart

And show you the darkest part of their soul

Nobody can make it on their own

They need someone to help hold them up

To show them they aren’t alone

Life’s worth is little without love

Love is neither word nor action

Nor even emotion

Love is not a thing

Love is not giving up

Love is not letting go

Love is not only

Being able

To hold someone up

But also

Being able

To show weakness

Love is being able to

Open up and let someone in

Love is strength

Love is power

Love is pure

Love is never wrong

And so it never dies

Love is following your heart

Nobody is incapable of love
